    We are looking for passionate, dedicated and caring Nursing Assistants to join our growing AL community on Vashon Island.

    Positions Details

    Qualifications: 

    Recent graduates of the C.N.A program are encouraged to apply.  Experience in skilled or nursing home is preferred, but not necessary.

    • Read, understand, and follow the resident’s individually designed ADL directives and company standard policy/procedures
    • Must be able to communicate effectively in English with residents and staff
    • Education: High school diploma or equivalent plus additional specialized training

    Certifications & Licenses

    • Washington State Certified Nursing Assistant license in good standing
    • Must have current CPR/First Aid certification
    • A valid Washington State driver’s license

    Other:    Work well with people including staff, residents, families, and outside community; communicate the services of the facility to prospective residents and the community, must be personable, friendly and work independently.
