The Facilities Director is a key member in driving the continued success of the community. In this role, you will plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of the Maintenance and Housekeeping Departments to ensure our community is maintained with hotel-quality standards. You will ensure precision maintenance and safety standards within the building, its systems and grounds. As a member of senior management, you will uphold a professional image, providing a proactive approach to maintaining Skyline through supervision, training and hands-on assistance.
