    We are looking for an extremely talented, fun-loving, hard-working and energetic Executive Assistant to provide support services to the President & CEO of Transforming Age, a national not-for-profit organization guided by a singular vision to “transform the perception of age”. With over $150 million in revenues, Transforming Age is rapidly expanding nationally. Within the last four years, we have grown from serving just 600 seniors across 3 communities in Seattle to over 5,000 seniors amid 15 communities in Washington, Minnesota and Nebraska, and through our not-for-profit home and community based services organization, Full Life Care. As a network of services, products and partnerships, we are dedicated to transforming the perception of age and enhancing the lives of older adults through housing, home and community based services, technology, services to other providers and philanthropy.


    This is a high-impact role that requires extreme attention to detail, amazing organization skills, ability to turn on a dime, top notch computer and technology skills and an excellent sense of humor. The successful candidate will have a “do what it takes" attitude, will be a self-starter and will be able to take action with an appropriate sense of urgency. This role requires relentlessly high standards and attention to detail. We are looking for an Executive Assistant who is always eager to learn, is a thought leader and has the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines. The role requires the ability to handle confidential information, write in a superior and creative manner, draft communications and presentations, prepare Board materials and take Board minutes. 


    Positions Details

    • Management of complex calendar and scheduling requirements, travel arrangements, and seamless meeting logistics such as video conferencing and conference calls for internal and external meetings
    • Organize, prioritize, track and appropriately handle time-sensitive, confidential key deliverables and ensure the action required is addressed in a timely manner
    • Act as the Proxy to the CEO; maintaining the CEO’s image and is able to speak on behalf of and represent the CEO on multiple issues and subjects and is committed to projecting and protecting the CEO’s vision, mission and image
    • Oversee the CEO's public image, ensuring a warm, welcoming demeanor is present in all forms of communication
    • Ensures the CEO is maintaining adequate visibility with key stakeholders, such as residents, team members, Board members, community officials, and others
    • Prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously, following through on issues in a timely manner
    • Coordinate legal matters, state registrations, new affiliations / acquisitions and similar projects.

    Required Education and/or Equivalent Experience


    • A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
    • Experience supporting C-suite executives at high levels and in fast-paced environments, preferably with non-profit Board experience.
    • Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and/or affiliations is extremely helpful
    • Background in paralegal or similar work preferred.
    • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and databases; highly proficient in creating PowerPoint presentations
    • Ability to drive regionally and travel nationally on occasion.
