We are currently hiring for a part-time Driver to work every Monday.

  • Days: Every Monday
  • Hours:  8:30a-5p
  • Status: Hourly, Part-time

Positions Details

Job Summary

The Driver will use our company vehicles/buses to transport our residents to their scheduled appointments and special events.  This position requires a clean driving record with CDL, excellent communication, and good etiquette.


Job Duties

  • Drive in a safe manner, obeying all state rules and regulations
  • Maintain bus in an orderly and attractive manner
  • Take initiative to ensure resident safety and satisfaction is a priority
  • Interact with colleagues, residents and visitors in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Provide assistance and directions as requested

Education and/or Equivalent Experience, Skills and Abilities

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • CDL license (any classification) with Passenger endorsement
  • One year of previous bus driving experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public
  • Must meet all health requirements, including successfully passing TB test, pass background checks and drug testing
  • Be able to perform physical requirements of the job
  • Ability to show sincere compassion and genuine concern for the needs of residents
  • Must possess a team spirit, good character and personal integrity
